RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers with clear and transparent policies. Please read the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same or different product in a different size or color.
  • Customers must raise an exchange request within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with a valid reason.
  • Clear images of the product, showing its condition with all tags and labels intact, must be uploaded.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the item must be returned to our origin within 3 to 4 days.

Process:

  • Customers must bear the delivery charges for sending the product back to its origin.
  • After we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check (QC) process.
  • If the product passes QC, we will dispatch the exchange item promptly.
  • Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.


Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases in wallet balance where a defect or issue with the product is identified and approved after a QC process.


Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved:
  • The refund amount will be credited to your wallet account on our platform.
  • The wallet credit can be used to make purchases within 90 days.


General Guidelines

  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returns/exchanges are not allowed for clearance sale products.
  • COD orders are eligible for a wallet credit or coupon code, valid for 3 months from the issuance date.


Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges when sending exchange products to our origin.
  • QC approval is mandatory for all exchanges or refund requests. Items that fail QC will be returned to the customer.
