Refund and Exchange policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Womenue in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the purchases, that totals to ₹ 999 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of ₹149 will be applicable to all the orders under ₹999. If the order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Dispatch & Delivery: Anticipate quick order dispatch in 48-72 hours, with tracking provided upon shipment. Domestic deliveries typically reach you in 5-7 business days. Please note that this delivery estimate may vary depending on your location and carrier circumstances.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email or sms that includes a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can easily monitor the status of your order. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive these notifications. Cash on Delivery Availability

The availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) depends on the capabilities of our courier partner in your location. It relates to their ability to accept cash as payment during delivery, which may have limitations based on the destination and order value. If COD is not currently available in your area, we apologize for any inconvenience and recommend exploring alternative payment options.

Partial Orders or Unexpected Deliveries?

If you have received a partial item, partial order, or an unexpected void packet, please reach out to us

within 48 hours of delivery. We take such cases seriously, and our team is here to assist you. Here are

some steps to follow:

Preserve the Item: Please do not use the item for which you are raising a claim. Share Information: Be prepared to provide us with a short description of the case, and share snapshots of the packet and any other boxes (if any) with visible tampering or damage.

Refund Process: Refunds for prepaid/Cash on Delivery orders will be initiated after a thorough Investigation.

Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund in the following situations: 

Inadequate Information: Failure to provide sufficient information about the case. Missing Snapshots: If you fail to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).

Delayed Claims: Claims related to pilferage must be made on the same day of delivery.

Prompt Packaging Disposal: Do not dispose of the packaging for at least 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to collect it for further investigation.

Item Usage: If you have used the item for which a claim has been raised.

Multi-Component Items: In case of a missing component from a multi-component item (e.g., Kurta, Bed-sheets, inner wear sets), exchange or return options will be provided based on serviceability and product type.
